Tracy began her career as an agency recruiter, moving to the corporate side in 1996. Over the course of her 25+ year career, she has recruited for a wide range of disciplines such as C-Suite, Supply Chain, Production, Merchandising, Business Development, Sales, Technology, Finance & Accounting, Marketing, HR, Quality, and Investor Relations to name a few. These positions have spanned a variety of industries such as Technology, CPG, Retail, Distribution, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Market Research.
